Clean Food Diet
by Jonathan Vine
For someone just beginning the process of “clean eating” this would be a good basic book. It explains clean eating and clean cooking in clear and simple terms. The 50 recipes are basic and all vegetarian. I did find the Thai Tomato Soup and the Roasted Bell Pepper Creamy Soup to be recipes that I will want to keep around. Other than that I was not that impressed with the recipes. I also would have like to have had more photographs of the prepared dishes. Many times the look of a finished recipe can be more enticing than just the ingredients. Overall it is a good book for someone just venturing into the world of unprocessed foods and clean eating.
